New Student Registration 2011-2012
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are looking forward to having your child/children enroll in our school. We have carefully considered the costs for the school, our budget needs, and established the tuition scale listed below. A $200.00 non-refundable registration fee is required for each new student entering our school.
1 child $3,550.00
2 children $5,850.00
3 children $7,450.00
These rates DO NOT include the $300.00 per student annual Academic Fee which is paid directly to Mrs. Connors in the school office no later than JULY 11, 2011.
Registered parishioners not using weekly Church envelopes will have an additional $900.00 per student added to their tuition as directed by the Diocese of Metuchen and Non-Catholic families will be assessed an additional $900.00 per student added to their tuition as directed by the Diocese of Metuchen.
At this time, we are asking you to complete a Tuition Payment Preference Form stating how you plan to pay your tuition (beginning in July) for the coming year. You will receive $100.00 off your total tuition if you are paying in full. However, FULL payment must be made by JUNE 1, 2011. A FACTS TUITION FORM must still be completed, and will be held in the office until payment is made by the deadline date above. The annual fee for the program remains at $41.00, deducted from your checking or savings account. The payments will continue to be made over an 11 month payment period beginning in JULY and ending in MAY.
If you miss a payment, the fee will be $30.00. As in the past, if extraordinary circumstances arise which cause you to miss a scheduled FACTS payment, please contact Carla Dinardo in the Parish Office (732-257-0077, Extension 227) at least seven (7) business days before scheduled payment. Also, the FACTS “Peace of Mind” fee is $12.00. It is automatically taken out and it is optional.
An afterschool program is also available on an as needed basis
What documentation is necessary to register a child in grades K-8?
Pre-K 3 2011-2012 School Year
Children must turn three by October 31st and be fully potty trained.
REGISTRATION FEE IS $200.00 (NON-REFUNDABLE) AND MUST ACCOMPANY THE APPLICATION. THIS FEE IS APPLIED TOWARD MATERIALS/BOOKS THE CHILDREN MAY NEED.
THERE WILL BE NO SESSION CHANGING. IF AN EMERGENCY SITUATION ARISES, PLEASE CONTACT THE PRINCIPAL.

Sessions may not be changed. If an emergency arises, please contact Mrs. Esemplare, Principal. Any family with other children in our school will receive a 10% discount for Pre-K tuition.
All half day sessions are from 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM & Full day sessions are from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
If a family neglects to pay tuition, the student may be dismissed up until the end of the 3rd quarter. A student in attendance beyond the 3rd quarter will be permitted to complete the school year. The administration will determine if the family is accepted back into the school for the following year.
The school may refuse the privilege to sit for end-of-semester examinations to any student whose family is in financial arrears. If the student has been dismissed by the end of the 3rd quarter, a grade of "Incomplete" will be placed on the student's record. If the student has been permitted to complete all four quarters, and has maintained a passing grade, the student will receive passing grades on his/her transcript.

All sessions are full day - 8:15 AM to 2:15 PM.
Children must bring their own lunch and snack each day. Hot lunches and milk are available for a separate fee.
If tuition is in arrears, your child will be asked to leave the program unless we are made aware of the reasons for any delinquent tuition payments. Thank you for your cooperation in this regard.
